Zo bepaal je of atriumfibrilleren behandeld moet worden met acenocoumarol of met ascal. Check natuurlijk wel even of er contra-indicaties zijn voor de behandeling gestart wordt!

Hypertensie (>140/90 of behandeld)

Diabetes Mellitus  
TIA, CVA of systemische embolie in voorgeschiedenis   
Vaatlijden in voorgeschiedenis    
Leeftijd 65-74    
Vrouwelijk geslacht    
Geen van bovenstaande opties
